In January 2002, 4Kids Entertainment entered into a multi-year agreement with Fox Broadcasting to lease the television network's Saturday morning programming block. The agreement has an initial four-year term with extension options.

4Kids launched the all-new kids broadcast network - the Fox Box™ - on September 14, 2002. The Fox Box features action, adventure, comedy and fun - and a commitment to original programming, making Saturday mornings a "can't miss" event.

Season 3 launches September 18, 2004 and includes the premiere of One Piece™, one of Japans most successful programs in the past few years; and F-Zero® -- GP Legend, the fastest show on television.

Returning favorites include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles™, Winx Club™, Shaman King™, Kirby™: Right Back At Ya!, Sonic X™ and the Cramp Twins™ with all-new adventures. Plus, the Incredible Crash Dummies™ are back with a new series of fast-paced, tongue-in-cheek animated interstitials appearing throughout the four-hour block.

With the acquisition of the Fox children's programming block, 4Kids received the right to retain all revenue from network advertising sales during the time period. 4Kids Ad Sales was created in January 2002 to sell advertising time to companies who want to reach children and tweens.
