Licensing
4Kids Entertainment’s licensing business consists of four subsidiaries – 4Kids Entertainment Licensing, Inc., 4sight licensing solutions inc., 4Kids Entertainment International, Ltd. and 4sight licensing solutions international, Ltd.
These divisions develop and implement licensing and merchandising programs for popular television series, children’s properties, corporate brands, trademarks and artists.
4Kids Entertainment Licensing, Inc.
4Kids Entertainment Licensing, based in the corporate offices in New York, is engaged in global brand development and merchandise licensing for children’s television properties and product concepts. 4Kids Entertainment acts as exclusive merchandising agent to grant third parties licenses to manufacture and sell all types of merchandise within such categories of licensed products including: toys, video games, trading cards, apparel, housewares, footwear, books and other published materials.
4Kids Entertainment Licensing International, Ltd.
4Kids Entertainment International, based in London, manages the properties represented by 4Kids Entertainment, covering European, Middle East and African markets. Additionally, the 4Kids International team acquires and directly oversees the brands developed in the region, the first being Max Adventures for Unilever.
4sight licensing solutions, Inc.
4Kids Entertainment established the 4sight licensing solutions subsidiary to license properties and product concepts targeted to adults, teens and tweens. 4sight builds brands through full-scale licensing programs. This group, based in the Corporate offices in New York, represents such properties as the American Kennel Club (AKC), The Cat Fanciers’ Association (CFA), Pachanga, Hokusai and Artlist: The Dog and Friends.
4sight licensing solutions international, Ltd.
Based in London, this group licenses those properties represented by 4sight licensing solutions globally as well as acquiring and directly overseeing certain brands developed in the region. These brands include Chicaloca and The Kennel Club and Crufts, for which the international team oversees all licensing, marketing, retail development and promotional activities.
